Your order will be shipped to the verified address currently on file in your Credit Card & PayPal account or your credit card company. If you request to ship to another address after order placed, We will cancel the order and you have to place a new order. Ensure your Credit Card & PayPal account is up to date with your current shipping address before placing an order in our store.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated arrival times are for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that estimated time is not guaranteed for Ground shipping and Expedited shipping. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Please allow 2-3 days delayed during holiday season with our advertised estimated delivery time.

Shipping Time is the time from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it is delivered.
There is a 24-48 hours processing time after the order is placed before it is shipped. Due to extremely high volume during holiday season, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.

Expedited Shipping : 2-4 business days
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. If your delivery date falls on a Sunday or holiday, attempted delivery will occur the next business day.
Signature Required For Delivery
With some orders, you will be required to sign for the package on delivery. In some cases, we ship orders with a restricted delivery where only the person to whom the package is addressed is allowed to sign for the delivery. Contact us prior to or immediately after ordering if you have any questions regarding your delivery.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order is shipped, our system sends a notification to the email address in your order notifying you of your tracking number. For registered customers, you may also log in to your account, select your order history and tracking information will be updated in your order invoice. Shipment Inspection / Shipping damage Policy
It is vital that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, and note ANY damages to shipment, including damage to the shipping container. If there is ANY damage to your shipment, you must note this on the delivery receipt when you sign for your package(s). You must also report any damages to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment in order for us to file a claim for any damages. We will help with either send out new replacement parts or exchange the shipment.
